Acupuncture

Duties and Responsibilities:


 Acupuncturists are people who are trained to insert needles into the skin of patients, in targeted locations, to treat pain and disorders. They also provide electrical and heat stimulation to specific points on the human body. These techniques relieve pain, aid in rehabilitation, treat illnesses, and help patients deal with addictions and other psychological problems.

Salary:


$35, 00-73, 00 annually 

Education:


Education and training in being acupuncture takes several years. Acupuncturist go through training in a number of different areas, including acupuncture treatment, clinical acupuncture, diagnosis and evaluation, needle placement, stimulation techniques, and sterilization procedures.

Reflection:


To me I don’t think this job is for me, why because I don’t really want to be putting needles in someone’s body and the pay is a little when you are going to spend a long time at school. So to me I wouldn’t want to become Acupuncture.
